Fire breathing... the single most dangerous arrow in the quiver of arcane artists.  Many deter from fire breathing due to its incomparable risk.  Flashbacks and gusts of wind can render the practitioner hospitalised for months.  Fire breathers are rare in the flow communities and often are discouraged from practicing.  Many fire performers will discredit fire breathers on their skill as it can be considered as a risking of ones life for recognition rather than obtaining high level techniques to impress.  Regardless of the prejudice, fire breathing is an amazing skill to witness and should be respected like no other.  Fire breathers convene on the understanding that simple kerosene or cleaner derivatives of the fuel such as D60 or Isopar-G are the most appropriate.  

Fire breathing is often thought of as a main aspect of the fire performance arts in the eyes of the clients.  This is a paradigm that needs to be rewired.  Fire eating requires far more technical skill and can be equally as effictive when presenting to large crowds.  For the clients that request large explosions we advise that fire breathing can be easily topped by fire staff burnoffs/ plume offs.
